Me-he!!

Hey You! I'm Kaisa and that's me and Mr. Nikon on the left. I'm a 20-something coffee loving, music addicted and geeky IT student from a boring little country called Finland (no, I don't know where it is either).

Oh, by the way, this is my personal blog. Just so you know.

About

I’m Kaisa and I’m a 20-something coffee loving, music addicted and geeky IT student from a boring little country called Finland. I live on my own, in my little flat which I’ve filled to the brim with random not-so-pretty crap I find at thrift stores. I obsess over various things, like The Beatles and the fact that oh my God Ringo Starr was hot when he was young (not that I’d say no to him now if he came knocking on my door) and bands with funny names and tea and metallic boxes and containers and The Moomins and scarves. You know, to name a few.

I’m actually quite awesome

Well, no, not really. I’m enrolled in a University of Applied Sciences and in about three years’ time I’ll get my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Why my future title is called that, no one knows. I study business information systems, which is basically the same as IT or ICT or computer science or a combination of those.

I’m usually seen in all black, with a massive head of hair and a scarf and warm knitted socks and a camera (Nikon D3000) hanging on my neck. I like to compare myself to The Moomins. I mean, they’re pale, round bellied fatasses as well :P Although, I shall look a lot less like a Moomin by an undefined time limit, since I really need to do something about my fatness NOW. Considering how sick everyone in my family is, I’m quite surprised there are any of us left.

I like likeable things

I’m inclined to think I have a superior taste in music, movies and books, although some people seem to disagree with me for some reason. I’m a big indie kid, I love Agatha Christie, Douglas Adams and Oscar Wilde and enjoy watching movies with gratuitous violence.

Catch me elsewhere

I’m not that crazy about social networks, but a few have sucked me in

Aloysius Version Opposite B

Excuse the randomness of the above title, it’s a song I was listening to whilst typing this (by the amazing Black Moth Super Rainbow). Anyhoo, Coffee Break, you know, this place your at right now, is my randomness filled personal blog. Knowing myself, I will probably end up rambling about things like Ringo Starr’s hotness or the fact that I always run out of dishwashing liquid at a very crucial moments, for instance, right at that moment when my Mother decides to call and invite herself over and complain about that one mug I haven’t washed yet because I’m still drinking Ceylon Gardens from it.
